Maintenance To Existing Fire Doors

It may have been identified in the inspection report, that remedial works need to be completed, to make door compliant. Common failures are -

Doors / frames incorrectly fitted or damaged
Doors not engaging 
Incorrect / insufficient fire stopping between door frames and structural opening. (Behind architraves).
Faulty door closers
Damaged fire seals
Glazing not to specification
